UGC CREATOR AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT assistant

• Scout influencers and ambassador collaborators as potential suppliers for our clients projects.

• Assist in managing UGC Creators, ensuring that the content is aligns with our protocol, scripts and deadlines.

• Track influencers performance and foster relationships to maintain long-term partnerships that enhance client projects.

• Observe and learn about industry trends, competitor activity and audience behavior to contribute fresh ideas.

• Support the team in maintaining a consistent posting schedule across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

• Assist in planning and creating engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) following the company’s brand guidelines.

• Help monitor and respond to comments and messages under the guidance of a senior team member. Yes, somebody will be mentoring and helping you all the time!

• Learn to build relationships with followers and understand their needs to improve engagement.

• Assist in preparing reports on community growth and engagement. So we are sure we are on the good path ;-)

• Learn how to handle negative feedback or crises tactfully with senior member guidance.

Job responsibilities:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in social media management or community management.

• Have knowledge or interest in fashion, beauty brands and perfume industries.

• You must be +23 years old.

• Interest in social media management, marketing and content creation.

• Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Canva Pro or Photoshop.

• Basic experience in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).

• Knowledge of Trello or Notion is a plus.

• Languages: English (C1) is mandatory.

• It will be valued if the candidate speaks Arabic Language.

• Availability to work in Madrid, with potential participation in on-site set productions.

• It will be valued if the candidate is a student or graduated in design, marketing, journalism, audiovisual, communication or business.

• It will be valued if the candidate is active on social media. Likes to film themselves and is extroverted.

• 6 work hours from 13:30 to 19:30.

All training sessions are optional and offered outside working hours for the intern, who must request them if interested. These are not mandatory:

• Training in video editing using Premiere Pro.

  *All equipment and cameras will be available to the intern.

*At the end of the internship, if the conditions are met, a Junior position will be offered with a minimum contract permanence of 12 months in the company.
